About Dr. Jimenez
Dr. Jimenez is an Atlanta native. He graduated cum Laude from the University of South Carolina in 2002 with a major in Biology. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, AZ in 2009. Following Dental School, Dr. Jimenez returned home to Atlanta and completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University. As a part of the residency at Emory University, he was trained in all aspects of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including sedation, general anesthesia, dentoalveolar and implant surgery, management or maxillofacial pathology, jaw surgery, reconstructive facial surgery and trauma surgery.
To stay well informed of the advances in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, he regularly attends national dental implant and continuing education courses in order to provide the best care for his patients. Dr. Jimenez also maintains Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
In his free time, Dr. Jimenez enjoys all that his native Georgia has to provide. He is an avid Atlanta United fan, loves to golf, bike and enjoys the Georgia outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his many nieces and nephews. Dr. Jimenez looks forward to a career of serving the community of Peachtree City.
